I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, but it was in 2019 that I decided to undertake a yoga teacher-training course. Daily practice has been a fundamental part of my life, as it has aided me to understand myself and build resilience. 

After facing a crisis in my life due to the nature of my job in human rights and humanitarian aid I decided to deepen my yoga knowledge and practice. I trained to be a restorative yoga teacher in Colombia, and from that point my life changed.

I am devoted to helping my students to face every aspect of their lives with compassion and awareness. This can be achieved through the practice of restorative yoga. My aim is to provide a holistic approach that can nurture the spirit while understanding the mind and body connection.
