Menopause Yoga: Embracing Change with Wisdom & Strength

The menopause journey is a profound transition, encompassing the different stages women experience as they move beyond their reproductive years: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Menopause Yoga draws inspiration from nature, helping us understand these stages as part of the natural cycles of womanhood. It integrates the wisdom of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, offering a holistic perspective that reframes menopause as a time to release, renew, and reconnect with ourselves.

This practice creates a sacred space where women can come together, acknowledge their shared experiences, and support one another. You are not alone. Symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, insomnia, mood swings, joint pain, and emotional overwhelm are all natural responses to hormonal shifts. Menopause Yoga provides the tools to navigate these changes with grace, knowledge, and self-acceptance.
