A regular practice of restorative yoga can soothe your body and quiet your mind.

I would like you to experience the benefits of restorative yoga. Through it we will navigate the calm waters of our inner self. A restorative practice is designed to heal the body and the mind with the use of props that support us in the practice of gentle asanas.  A restorative practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the master regulator, to rest and digest. Balancing the parasympathetic nervous system helps us to relax deeply and sleep better, but of equal importance, it aids our heart and lungs to work more naturally.
