The practice of conscious asanas that involve vertical horizontal and cyclical movements provide energy to our system. Fresh supply of blood reaches every part and organs of our body. It stimulates the physical and organic body allowing the cells to function smoothly while bringing harmony to the heart and stability to the mind.
In reviving yoga practice I am very aware of your physical conditions to reach the ultimate benefits of each asana. We achieve that with the use of props that make flexibility and balance easier to achieve.
The asanas that are designed to energise and invigorate us are carefully selected to enhance our immune system. We will work carefully bring respiratory, circulatory, and endocrine systems into allignment.
A regular practice of revitalising yoga alleviates stress and stimulates emotional stability, thus positive decision making can arise.
Yoga does not transform the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees. –
