Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness

I am passionately committed to fostering the growth of children through yoga. My classes are meticulously designed to support the emotional, social, and physical development of children, blending fun with educational value. I offer sessions both in schools and through group classes held in natural and outdoor settings.

Children's yoga is fundamentally about play and laughter—it's about discovery and fostering the inner selves of our young learners. It provides a foundation for children to begin understanding and connecting with their emotions and thoughts through the gentle play of asanas, mudras, and mantras.

The themes for each developmental stage are carefully chosen to motivate children to explore both their internal worlds and the world around them. This approach fosters positive interpersonal relationships and cultivates self-esteem through positive affirmations, visualisations and mantras. Through mindfulness activities, including meditation, pranayama, drawing feelings in circle time, I teach our little ones how to navigate life's challenges with a sense of calm and resilience.
