  • Address common issues: Understand pelvic floor challenges faced by women, including stress incontinence, overactive bladder and prolapse.

  • Promote physical & mental well-being: Introduce yoga techniques specifically aimed at strengthening pelvic floor muscles and enhancing flexibility.

  • Cultivate mindfulness: Incorporate mindfulness practices, meditation, and pranayama to foster a deeper connection to the pelvic floor.

  • Reduce symptoms: Provide participants with tools and practices to reduce symptoms of incontinence and other pelvic floor issues.

  • Empower participants: Equip women with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a healthy pelvic floor throughout their lives.

Why is this workshop important?

Your pelvic muscles act like an elastic band or trampoline; without them, our internal organs can sag. These muscles stretch from the tailbone at the back of our pubic bone to the sitting bones.

Research has shown that yoga designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles can improve symptoms by as much as 65%, enhancing the physical and mental well-being of participants.

What to bring?

Comfortable clothing, journal, and an open heart.
